What an interesting hand position to find in Yoga? Hands together, index fingers pointing
with the other fingers crossing over, suddenly we have a weapon in our hands! I was at a
workshop, once upon a time, with Kino McGregor when she queried who came up with the
great idea of playing with guns in Yoga? Then, I did a workshop with my teacher in Gort,
Ireland, Carol Murphy, who had us shooting bullets of compassion from our fingertips in Kali
mudra. Who came up with it doesn’t matter. It’s what you do with it that matters.
